Liz McCrystal is an Artist based in Moruya on Yuin Country on the NSW South Coast, Australia. Experimental in approach, Liz uses photo and installation to deconstruct auto-biographical, topical and philosophical themes relating to identity, isolation, intimacy and anxiety through the theoretical framework of the human condition.

Liz McCrystal completed a Bachelor of Visual Arts (First Class Honours) at Sydney College of the Arts (USYD) in 2009. Alongside her practice, Liz is an Arts worker holding notable positions including; Public Programs Manager at the Blue Mountains Cultural Centre and Gallery Manager and Co-Curator at Gaffa in the Sydney CBD.
